We assist in identifying community resources and potential funding support available to our clients, including non-means tested NHS continuing healthcare funding, or "CHC."

CHC may be granted following an assessment, and we can guide you through the referral process and work closely with the CHC Nurse teams, with whom we have built strong professional relationships, keeping you informed throughout the process.
