Here For You Home Care is a local, family-run home care and support service based in Lytham St Annes. We provide flexible support to help people remain independent, comfortable and connected in their own homes.
We provide a range of home care and support including companionship, medication support, meal preparation, help around the home, shopping, appointments and community support, as well as support following a hospital discharge.
No. We understand that everyone needs different levels of support. Whether you need a regular weekly visit or more frequent support, we'll work with you to arrange care that suits your individual needs.
Getting started is simple. Contact our team and we'll arrange a no-obligation initial consultation to talk about the support you need, your routines and what's important to you. We'll then work with you to put the right support in place.
If you're going on holiday or are admitted to hospital, your regular visits can be paused until you're ready for support to start again. This means you won't be paying for visits you're not receiving.
Yes. We understand that people's needs and circumstances can change over time. Your support can be reviewed and adapted so it continues to work for you.
Whether you need more support, less support or want to change the way we help, we'll talk it through with you and make adjustments where appropriate. You're always involved in decisions about your support.
Yes. We understand how important it is to trust the person coming into your home. Our carers go through a careful recruitment process, including DBS checks and references, before supporting clients.
We also look for people who are kind, dependable and share our values. Our carers receive appropriate training for their role and ongoing support to help them provide safe, respectful and reliable care.
Yes. We understand that welcoming someone into your home is a big decision, and we want you to feel comfortable with the person supporting you.
We carefully match the right carer with the right person, taking into account your needs, preferences and personality. Wherever possible, you'll have the opportunity to meet your carer before your support begins.
If you don't feel the match is right, please tell us. You remain in control of who provides your support.
Yes. With your permission, family members can stay involved and informed about your care and support.
We use industry-leading care software that allows authorised family members to access relevant information about visits, including carers' notes, meals and other visit information.
Access for authorised family members is provided completely free of charge, and you remain in control of who can see your information.
The cost of home care depends on the support you need and how often you need it. We'll talk with you about your individual needs before providing a clear cost.
At Here For You Home Care, we believe pricing should be straightforward. We don't charge fuel or standard travel costs for care visits, and travel between visits isn't deducted from your booked care time.
If you book one hour of support, you receive one full hour of support.

Yes. We can provide practical and reassuring support to help someone settle back at home following a hospital stay.
With notice of the discharge, and subject to availability, we can arrange support from the day you return home. This may include meal preparation, shopping, medication support, help around the home and support with everyday routines.
Where appropriate and with permission, we can also liaise with family members and hospital discharge teams to help make the transition home as smooth as possible.
Yes. Our clients have access to 24-hour call-out support, giving additional reassurance if unexpected support is needed outside their usual visits.
There is no additional call-out charge for accessing this service. If support is provided, we'll explain any applicable care costs clearly so you know what to expect.
